Cha-han(Fried rice) is a dish originating in China.

It is popular food in Japan.

However, there seems to be a big difference between Chinese fried rice and fried rice in Japan.

I am Japanese and I like Japanese fried rice.

Which food do you like?

I would recommend eating and comparing fried rice in China and Japan.

It is said that fried rice in Japan is less greasy than those in China.
Japanese fried rice is more energetic than sushi and tempura.
Please try it when you visit Japan. (^^)
