My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2022

Going out to wet market to find some seafood for dinner. Since the parking area is full, I have to walk from several building to reach the wet market.

Since it near the sea, the seafood is quite cheaper compare to other market in town. The best thing is you can nego the price with the seller.

This crab can be nego to rm10 or usd 2 per kg.

I end up buying 1 kg of medium size crab that cost rm25 per kg. Now I'm thinking how should I cook later.
