Homecooking with the lonely chef: Burritos🌯
Hi guys, today is my day off. So today i’m doing some homecooking for my family.
And i’m making “Burritos”, i didn’t really look up a recipe for this but i made my own version.
So i started with some cutted sjalots and garlic.
I fried them in some sunflower oil. Then i added grinded chicken.
I used the Santa Maria Burrito spices to season my chicken.
Then i added some Heinz kidney beans mix.
Also some passata tomatoes to get some more sauce.
And a few jalapeños to spice it up a bit.
So the result is a kind of “Chili con carne” sauce.
I cut some sweet pepper, cilantro, red onion and some raw mushroom as garnish for my wrap.
I also use whole wheat wraps.
A little Greek yoghurt at the bottom of my wrap. Not a must, be it’s nice and creamy this way.
Some of my garnish mix on it, next my chili Burrito sauce. And i finish with some cheese.
Maybe not a regular Burrito, but this one works for me!
Keep it juicy!
Hasta luego.🌯🌯🌯
It was delicious!! 😘😘
Nice , and a chef always chages the recepi to his own signature dish, as the lonely chefs New menu and the rest off the sauce you can eat with Rice or quinoa tomorrow
