The Cryptogene Team, Illuminating Africa
Cryptogene was founded by Bashir Aminu on the 14th of December 2016 as a Telegram community, in which Nigerians, and people from various countries and regions come together to share important and exact knowledge on cryptocurrency and the Blockchain Technology.
The aim of the Cryptogene platform is to develop a focal point for Blockchain Technology awareness and involvement in Africa. It is structured to bridge the gap between the professionals and the newbies in blockchain.
As a result of the friendly environment the Cryptogene Telegram community presented, the followership and interests grew rapidly. However, the emerging trends in the global cryptocurrency planetary necessitated an expansion beyond an online community group chat, as there was a need to create more public awareness, and control the public perception of the Blockchain Technology to make it an integral part of daily living.
