PERCEPTION and MY BABY

Growing up, my Dad would always tell me, "its your perception that matters"..
I think more than ever, I see how important perception can be.
Your day can go all rotten because you perceived a comment in a horrible way and at the same time, the very moment you change that perception to something beautiful, it changes everything.
Perception is why stealing is cool to some people and a taboo to others. It might be the difference between failing and passing; one person sees the course as something she hates and can never know and the other just thinks it's something she really likes.
It forms and breaks relationships. It is the reason some people are still alive right now - if you think deeply you would realise it makes a world of difference.
Sometimes, it takes perception to accept a rotten truth staring at you and it takes it to also defeat a wicked lie.
No one can spoil your day except you allow them.
No one can make you unhappy without your permission.
Sometimes, its very very hard and we tend to forget just how much power we wield.
Maybe this is just a gentle reminder to decide to be happy today regardless of any shitty thing life throws at you.
Sometimes, it might not be that the information or vibe you are getting is not real or important but if you accept it that way and work with it the way it comes, it can destroy several things.
For one, this precious new Wednesday..
So push aside the silly people and the stupid ones without manners and let no one spoil the day for you.

Yeah and the release date of my first anthology of poetry and short stories, Phoenix T21 would be announced very soon.
I think its also one thing that has helped me to be mighty sane in this wonderful (don't lemme say bad thing) place.
Anyways, before I take too much out of the reading time....Look out for my baby..Cos literally, it is😄😄
