Surprise Your Mentor on Steemit.
INTRODUCTION
Greetings my fellow steemians around the world @steem4nigeria, it's always a pleasure to be here. Today I'll be participating on a contest themed "Surprise Your Mentor on Steemit"by @bossj23, I must say it's really an amazing topic to think of.

I knew about steemit from a friend @jozzie90 ,16 September 2023 when my phone stolen on bet9ja while i was charging it. This came unaware ,so @jozzie90 was also at the bet9 shop charging his phone and he was sympathizing on how my phone got stolen and how I'm going to be able to raise up money and get a new phone.
So after all stress I went through,I met with him the following day that if sees any job that's paying well he should notify me and that's how he started preaching the steemit platform to me and I was marveled on his explanation on how the platform works. So he was advising to get any smartphone that can operate the Internet no matter how small it's so that I can use and access the steemit platform.
Luckily I found a job November 2023,so I was able to work during the December time to raise money and buy a phone after all the stress I got myself a new phone January 2024 and I registered on the steemit platform and I was mentored by @jozzie90 on how to create quality content and he encourages me to be consistent to the platform and engage on others people post.

I want to really appreciate @jozzie90 for always been a true friend,a brother and a mentor on the steemit platform. There's some friends who may know about the steemit platform and decide to keep to their self but you decide to help others register on the platform but not only to register but you created a Whatsapp group to enable you give them the necessary guidelines on the platform. I'll really look forward to you kind gesture .

What lessons have you learnt from this Steemian? |

I've really learnt a lot from my mentor so to speak of. Being under someone who do a particular things you'll definitely follow along with it.
First of all the most important things I learned from him is sacrifices, the sacrifices in my own aspects is him creating time to be mentoring and recruiting people to the steemit platform without any motive .
And also due to applying mark downs to our steemit post , I've got to have little knowledge on coding and a willingness and passion for graphics designing .
He also taught me the morals of working harder, no matter the results right now that better days ahead. Also try and be a cheerful giver no matter the position you're that the receiver will definitely appreciate it (this is by engaging on others people post,no matter your power).
CONCLUSION
To be honest being on the steemit platform has always been my biggest achievement on using a smart phone but this is possible all thanks to @jozzie90 , which I'll always look forward to .
