Blockchain has Changed my Life, My Future Concepts and Blockchain Story
This was a HUGE year for growth in my independence. I found out about blockchain based social media in December of last year, during the PEAK of bit coins bull run. I was doing very good on You Tube, currently I've got almost 5,000 subscribers and going on 1 million views. I knew You Tube wasn't my final platform tho, I felt it was a good source of side income but wanted to find a place with a bit more freedom.
Bitcoins boom really had me digging into crypto and blockchain projects. I was reading about various alt coins and blockchains and Steemit really stood to me as a unique concept. I like the multi investment angle of the coin. You could invest with fiat, development of the platform or content. I was obviously interested in the content side of investment.
I instantly got interested in the idea of a blockchain/crypto based social media and jumped on the system right away. I started sharing some previous You Tube videos and creating original content for the blockchain, I fell in love with the concept and idea.
I was already busy just doing You Tube but add in learning about crypto and blockchain based sites, I've had almost no time to breathe this year and could be a reason it's flown by so fast. I don't regret pushing it into full gear and next year will be even more intense.
I'll be using this blockchain momentum on various platforms to help fund my music label and first release next year. I want my music label to be one of the first labels using blockchian, showing the power of project funding within a blockchain based world.
Old record labels are bound by old rules, old concepts and old ideas. The blockchain smashes down the walls and when applied correctly to help support a project can have life changing potential. I want to show the blockchain as something you can build a foundation on, not a get rich overnight pitch.
Once I get my first release and merchandise out in the real world I'll have the labels income to support blockchain content and work. At this point everything should kick into full gear and combined with my other projects in the works, should be me in a really good independent situation next year.

It's been many year of work that's all come together into this final result. I'm far from done but feel closer than ever before to my goal.
