Language change requires refresh

Expected behavior

When you change your language settings within busy it should be applied to save for all languages options.

Actual behavior

Currently, when you click save on language it doesn't always switch the language save, sometimes requiring a refresh for the language to update correctly.

How to reproduce

A) Enter the settings option within busy.org
B) Assuming your language is currently set to English, change your chosen language to Arabic.
C) Click save on your settings.
D) You will be provided an indication that your settings have saved and the language of your window will change to Arabic. Note this occurred directly from clicking save.
E) Change your language setting back to English and press save.
F) Upon saving the orientation of the text will change and the page layout will adjust but the language of the text will still be in Arabic.
G) Navigate other areas of busy, noting that the language is set to Arabic. You must refresh fo the changes to take effect and the language to return to English.
