It's all about how much Steem power you have, the more steem power you (which is not delegated), the higher your vote will be and therefore the more value it will add to a post.
Currently your Steem power is 3.196 SP + 11.904 SP delegated by Steem, based on the current Steem price this means that your vote is worth $0.00, this is because it doesn't reach a cent yet, however it would have a small impact on the overall value on the post. Based on the current Steem price you would need to be ~95 Steem power for it impact the value of a post by $0.01. If you want to keep track of how much a certain amount of Steem power will impact the value of the post you can use this handy tool which can help you calculate vote worth:
