Ability to cancel video upload on dtube

This would affect the upload video page with the introduction of a new button and the adjustment of how upload works.

Proposal

Within this proposal, I suggest that the ability to cancel an upload is added the upload page of dtube. I would apply the following flow here:

A) User enters the upload page, they have the current upload page with the ability to upload a video
B) When a user adds a video upload and the video starts uploading they would be provided with the ability to cancel the upload, this button would appear next to upload snap button.
C) Upon click on the cancel upload button, the video that is currently would be stopped and the page would remain to itself default state. The video that began uploading would not be saved.

Benefits

Currently in the event that a user would like to cancel the uploading of their current video the only ways to cancel an upload is to refresh the page or to use the navigation to move away from the page, this causes an issue because it means that any information that has been entered in any of the other fields would be lost, because it automatically starts uploading when you select a file this means that a user may accidentally choose the wrong file, in this event they wouldn't be able to cancel. This could possibly be a frustration for the user if they had entered information to the page which in turn could mean that it takes them a considerable amount more of time to author a video. The introduction of a cancel upload button would resolve this as it would allow a user to stay on the page and submit a new upload without having to navigate away.
