Hey world, I am just starting to use this platform. I like its economic model!
I think it is pretty great idea to incentivize people to be good parts of the community. I plan to make some microsimulations of this model to test how stable it is and under what conditions.
This platform also motivated me to do an EOS based project similar to this one, but with a twist. More about it this soon.

Yet, my big advice is that you shouldn't focus only on the economic model or benefits but you should also see it as a medium to uplift yourself in every bit of livelihood. This platform goes beyond money making but value adding medium.
Not talking about making profits. Rather I think it is good economic model in a sense that you are incentivized to be a good part of the community!
This solution is much more broadly applicable then just social media platform.

I agree steem has a lot of potential. I study the economy and business on my blog. The best way to allow people to be ultruistic is to create a system where ultruism is embedded as ethical egotism.
