My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2019
For a long time, I have been regularly publishing an actifit report. However on average I couldn't exceed 6-7k
I did my best today to reach 10k. I took my 1 hour walk in the morning to 1.5 hours. I did aerobics and did shopping.
I've been moving all day. I'm exhausted. I will not try again :)
