Recipe of gourd greens with hilsa fish head

Green vegetables grow the body's immune system and also increase brain development. Today, I will share a fun recipe for gourd leaf. Recipe gourd leaf is a winter vegetable, but now gourd leaf is available for twelve months, but the taste of gourd leaf is very high during winter. I have taken some good-looking gourd leaves that take the amount of gourd leaves according to the amount of cooking. The gourd leaves have been cut and cleaned well, one head of hilsa fish, one medium-sized potato, ginger, garlic, cumin, salt-like taste, turmeric powder, green pepper, chopped onion, and oil-like quantity.

Then I put the pan on medium heat on the stove and put the oil inside the fan. After the oil gets hot, I add chopped onion. After the colour of the onion turns a little brown, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, salt-like taste, and turmeric powder, he will take the proportion of green chillies he eats, and I will give green chillies. After graining it with water, add the hilsa fish head and add potatoes. After grinding for a while, I will add the cleaned gourd leaf to the water I used to wash the fish head and the water from my gourd leaves.

After getting a light grain, I will grind the gourd leaves in a mixture of two types of water. Add a cup of water to a large measuring cup and keep the gas stove on medium for 20 to 30 minutes. Add a light gravy and take it down with hot rice and gourd vegetables.

Gourds leave vitamin C, potassium, iron, folic acid, and calcium. Due to this vegetable's large amount of fibre works excellent to keep the body healthy and strong. Due to the presence of vitamin C, it prevents colds due to the fact of potassium and magnesium. Vegetables Fat-free No fat of any kind Increases the skin's brightness and helps in blood circulation.
