You need to wait or ask @steembasicincome how it chooses posts to upvote (like 1 daily, 1 higher weekly?)
Enrollments are still manual and take a few days. Once enrollment is completed, new members are initially set at one upvote daily now.

That's a future feature (voting power dedicated to upvoting members based on their community-engagement score). You can increase your share by upvoting posts from @steembasicincome or by sponsoring other people into the program. There's more detail in our FAQ.
