This year’s list of new food offerings at the Minnesota State Fair was released Wednesday, featuring food combinations you never imagined — and flavor mash-ups you never knew you’d want to try.

This year’s list includes 33 official new fair foods, and eight new food vendors for the fair that begins on Aug. 21.
