Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 22 Recap: Team Tim Timmeh!

It was a double gameweek for both Tottenham and West Ham United and I was almost tempted to use my triple captain chip on Kane who drew blank in both games, I'm very excited I dodged that bullet. I made a total of 3 transfers last gameweek, risking an 8-points deduction but as we can see, the gamble paid off. I still ended up with a total of 69 points.

My faith in De Gea paid dividends as Manchester United kept their first clean sheet in as many games. He wasn't required to do much during the game and it was just a matter of when would Manchester United score and not if they were going to concede.

Ben Mee could not keep a clean sheet against Liverpool. Despite Burnley opening the scoring, they allowed Liverpool back into the game and ended up going down 2-1 at home. I really did not expect Ben Davies to start both games for Tottenham in their double game week, but he did. He kept a clean sheet against Swansea but couldn't do the same against West Ham. Otamendi could not also end the game with a clean sheet after conceding a last minute goal against Watford.

I transferred in Coutinho in place of the unavailable Salah but sadly, Coutinho wasn't available in that game and Mc Arthur was brought in as my automatic sub having already scored a goal and with 9 points. Son of Tottenham also scored Tottenham's only goal against West Ham and was rewarded with 12 points having played two games. Riyad Mahrez continued his fine form for me, delivery a massive 14 points. Raheem Sterling scored the fastest goal of the Premier Lague this season and also finished with 9 points. Overall, it was a wonderful midfield display for me.

My attack, on the other hand, was nothing to write home about as Kane, Firmino, and Calvert-Lewin all drew blanks in their respective games. Despite the fact that I captained Kane, he could only deliver an embarrassing 6 points while others had 1 apiece.

I moved up one position to second this gameweek. I'm still setting my sights on the first position which seems to elude me surprisingly, but I know that once I can make it there, I'm never coming down again.

This is very nice
but why are not chelsea players on the list? :)

Morata is not consistent enough to lead my attack, Hazard is also not consistent enough. If I'm to bring in a Chelsea player, it will be in the defence and that will be either Alonso or Azpilicueta.
