Like sitting atop a mountain high
Feeling the sun from a cloudless blue sky.
You sit beside me and touch my heart.
Every day, a precious new start.
You softly whisper in my ear.
The love within you is what I hear.
As I gently hold you in a loving embrace
I never want to leave this place.
This place inside me inhabited by you.
This place so precious, every day new.
