Brain Attack is a neurological dysfunction in localized area of the brain due to inadequate blood supply to some part of the brain and this can happen if there is blood clot or any blockage in the blood vessels. You hearing Brain attack I believe you will be wondering about the similarity about Brain attack and Heart attack of which they are different from each other, Heart attack occur as a result of blockage in an artery that deliver blood to the heart muscles while brain attack is talking about blockage of blood flow in the brain.
CAUSES OF STROKE
Brain attack can be as a result of the followings;

The types of stroke can be group into two, namely;
Ischemic Stroke
Hemorrhagic Stroke
This occurs due to the discontinuity in the flow of blood to some specific part of the brain and it can be by Thrombus or Atherosclerosis Embolus.
Thrombotic Stroke
This occurs when there is blood clot in one of the arteries that supplies blood to the brain and as I have said earlier that blood clot can be caused by fat deposit that build up and this will cause decrease in blood flow which later result in stroke.
Atherosclerotic Embolus Stroke
This occurs as a result of blood clot which is formed in any part of the body (note: the Thrombotic stroke is only formed in one of the arteries) and then travels to the blood vessels in the brain through bloodstream.
This occurs due to the rupture of a blood vessel and spilling into the surrounding areas and this mostly occurs as a result of the following;
- Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure
- Aneurysms
- Too much treatment with Anticoagulant
There are two types of Hemorrhagic Stroke which are - Intracerebral Hemorrhage
- Subarachnoid Hemorrhage.
- Surgical treatment of blockage in the arteries
- Surgical removal of Atherosclerosis deposit
- Improvement of blood vessel patency
- Prevention of blood clot formation.
- Don’t Smoke: Smoking increases the risk of stroke
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Do exercise everyday
- Maintain a Heart-healthy diet
- Limit your rate of drinking Alcohol.
The following are the fruits and foods that can be taken to cure and prevent brain attack, eating them will do a lot of help to the body;
