4 killed in road accident in Gaibandha
Four people were killed in a road accident in Gobindaganj in front of the bus and truck. At least 14 people were injured in the attack.
The incident took place on the Rangpur-Dhaka highway at Bakor Kalithola in the early hours on Sunday. The names of the casualties were not immediately known.
Gobindaganj Highway Police Outpost OC Abul Bashar said a bus from VS Paribahan collided head-on with a sand-laden truck opposite the Kalitola Bakor area in Gobindaganj. In this incident, four people including bus driver and truck driver were killed and 14 others injured.
The injured were rushed to Govindganj Upazila Health Complex and Bogra Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital. The body of the dead bodies has been recovered, said OC.
