From thoughts of suicide to a powerful stride.

At 20 years old I had a 2.5 year old on my own, homeless, no income and I seriously thought I was worthless. I wanted nothing more than to not have to face another day.

My first born kept me here. I couldn't leave him in this world alone. So I stayed.

And I struggled.

I picked up a book called "Silent Power" by Stuart Wilde. This blew my mind wide open and I have been on a spiritual/personal growth ever since.

Spending every spare dollar I had on books, seminars, retreats, coaching, programs, you name it. My focus was personal growth!

From the year 2000 to 2012, I went from a miserable desperate homeless single mother to a passionate driven married women who owns her own home.

Personal expansion is still and will forever be my driving force, it's at the core of who I am.

Today I am married to a wonderful man. I have 3 beautiful children and I have a craving to be my highest most powerful self.

I have come a long way but I am not done evolving. I still have a lot of work to do.

Along the way of healing myself I have picked up quite a bit of knowledge, tools and even certifications that enable me to help others. I also have a deep understanding of the mind and how parenting impacts the children we raise. I am huge advocate for conscious, gentle parenting. Which is parenting in a way that encourages believing in themselves and being who they naturally are.

My current challenge is I still get in my own way. I know expanding oneself is never done (which I actually LOVE ) and there will always be a higher level to rise to. However, I KNOW so much but I still have a lot of work to do before I am actually living all I know.

Yes, I have improved my life drastically. Yes, I truly believe I am blessed with the life I have now. But you see, there is this version of myself within that is unstoppable. That is wildy confident. That shares ALL she has to offer with the world without giving a damn what anyone thinks of her. A woman who is changing thousands of lives in a pure, honest, and powerful way.

That woman is inside of me and I can feel her screaming to get out. One thing I do know is that she will be expressed or I will die trying.

Expanding and growth IS who I am.
Conscious parenting IS the future I'd love to see for all children.
