... time, the illuminations and the snacks on the market and on our way back to the parking slot I took this image of the "Dreikönigskirche" (Three kings church).

First named in the year 1404 the church got destroyed several times but rebuilt every time. It was hopefully the last time concecrated in 1991.

I have a few memories of my childhood and youth to this building.

One of them is a moment of a street festival in this part of Dresden - "Bunte Republik Neustadt" (Colorful Republic of Neustadt) where I was around 10 years old. Another is that I was engaged in a school internship for 4 weeks in a webdesign agency.

I like this part of the city because it stands for the open minded and colorful Dresden and it is one of the favourite living and partying districts for students from around the world studying in Dresden and having a great time.
