Attracting Women to an Escort Agency through FB/Instagram | Effective Model Recruitment for Escort Services: Acquiring 17 Escorts at €142 Each

Are you struggling to find new talent for your escort agency? Then read on! Recruiting new faces is critical in the competitive adult entertainment industry. In this article, I'll share how we recruited 17 new models to work in Switzerland in just four weeks using Facebook and Instagram.

Project Overview:

Our client is a Swiss escort agency with branches in several cities, which can accommodate up to 40 women. The main requirements for candidates are age between 18 and 40, EU citizenship, and a pleasant appearance. Language skills are not required but are a plus. The agency does not cover travel expenses, with no exceptions.

Goals:

  • Achieve a steady flow of applications at no more than $5 per application.
  • Ensure that the cost of acquiring a woman who arrives and works for the minimum period does not exceed $300.

Results for the first month of cooperating:

Amount spent: €2,408.9

Applications received: 1,791

Cost per application: €1.35

Women who came: 17 at €142 each → This calculation excludes women who left before completing the minimum period.

The table does not include leads that contacted us directly through the fan page (FB business page) - we affectionately call them LOST ONES. We follow up with them and move the conversation to WhatsApp. You can add about 30 more applications to this number.

Our funnel from A to Z:

  • Creatives

We always state clearly in the ad what we are offering. It helps reduce the number of irrelevant applications and cases of being ignored, as the woman immediately understands the nature of the job. We also include all necessary conditions and salary information directly on the creative to answer the main questions upfront.

I cannot show you the creatives used in this project because this information is confidential. We do not share "working" creatives to avoid theft and misunderstandings. In private communications, I can show examples of creatives, but not those used in the ads, out of respect for my clients and our unique results.

Helpful tips for creatives and banners:

  1. Avoid generic phrases and unnecessary information. Keep essential information clear and to the point.
  2. Focus on the benefits. Don't mention the cons in the creative; it's better to discuss them privately.
  3. Present salaries or prices in local currency. For example, use Polish zloty for Poland.
  4. Create unique and memorable creatives. Avoid copying others' ideas; stand out from the crowd.
  • Lead Form

We create a simple and convenient form where the woman leaves her contact information, usually her name and phone number. Sometimes, we add a clarifying question.

Remember that we only need women with EU citizenship? Unfortunately, when we started working with the client in August 2023, we didn't know about the conditional logic lead form. More specifically, the form wasn't available in our ad accounts. As a result, 30% of our applications came from women without EU citizenship, which means they were irrelevant. However, we still achieved excellent results.

Once a woman submits her contact information, the application is automatically added to a group where both the client and the application processing manager are.

  • Contacting the woman

Next, you or your HR manager will contact the woman, explain the job, answer any questions, and outline the terms and benefits of working with you.

We offer a separate service - application processing managers, which the client used in this project. It is convenient and saves our clients time because we have professionals with extensive experience in the adult industry.

Most importantly, Applications always need to be processed! Without effective processing, even the best methods of attracting applications will not produce the desired results.

The woman's journey:

  1. She sees stories from friends and celebrities or browses through her Facebook or Instagram feed and comes across our ad.
  2. If she is not interested, she skips it. If interested, she clicks the "apply now" button.
  3. Then, she leaves her contact information → fills out the lead form.
  4. A recruiter contacts her, provides more details about the job, and answers any questions.

TEST OR MONTHLY?

We always offer two cooperation options: a test period (7 or 14 days) and a monthly cooperation. While the monthly collaboration is straightforward, there are often questions about the test period: "How many women can come in these seven days?" The best way to explain this is with a timeline:

Ads take time to deliver results, so don't expect millions of women on the first day.

As you may have guessed, the client chose a month of friendship, or in other words, a month of cooperation, and did not lose. The results speak for themselves. The important thing is not the number of applications and their cost but the real results of our work - the women who came and worked.

What are we doing now and to this day? We've been working together since August 2023. We've experienced many interesting moments together, which I'd like to share with you in the future, so I plan to write at least one more article about this project.
