Rohtang is the highest mountain pass in Pir panjal range of Himalaya near Manali Himachal Pradesh.It joins Manali to Leh .tourists visit in bulk here . It remains closed in winters but open from June to October for vehicles .so best time to visit from June to October . Full snowfall ....
