That's a good question. I'm not actually sure. I just leveled up my water and life splinters to level 5 and that has been my focus for a long time. I need to have another look now and decide what's next. Not all the cards in those splinters are levelled up to the summoner level.
I have the opposite problem most of my cards are above my splinter level by one or two levels
That's curious. What's your thinking behind levelling them up then?
im just taking my time and if I see an expensive card I but a couple. I think not rushing is a big part of this game
