What is this thing we call life?

The beginning

Life, we take it on every day not knowing how it will end. After we are born we learn the baby steps to becoming much more mature. We go through middle school, high school, and college learning about our world's past, and about it's present. Some people think its a waste of time so they drop out. Some finding great opportunities, and some turning into average joes. Why are we here you may say to yourself, I think the same thing, is it to die? We may never know, but we are indeed born so why don't we do something with our lives. Most people can break away from the modern day technology and distractions. For me, I haven't been able to, I haven't read a book in months. We are all (not all of us but most of the people in today age are) so distracted by these machines, for one day can you try to live your lives without your precious phones, laptops, and video games. You definitely can, if you choose to.

Choices

Choices are everything for us. We have to face choices every minute, some can be as easy as what you would want for dinner. Others could be much harder, for example, what job you would like to pursue. These choices are what make our lives, our lives without them, I don't even know what would happen. For me lately my choices have been very dumb, for example, I haven't been doing good in school because I have been lazy. Guess what I have had a choice, but my choices haven't been good. I need to change these bad habits. If I don't soon it isn't looking good for my future. We only have one life I want to see what I can do with it. I hope you can do the same.
