a quick photo in Parque Avi, Medellin
It was one hell of a beautiful day today in Medellin and somewhat a little busy with the Metro system, as it was Election Day here. This made everything quite hectic & side note - you can not buy any alcohol on Election Day - it is illegal.. Interesting right?
Anyhowz, I will post tomorrow more about the Parque Avi and what you can find there if you ever have the chance to explore it one day. However, I did get to spend sometime next to a river and decided to play around with some long exposure effects.
Dont forget to Upvote & Resteem!!!

Probably they think if the people aren't drunk they will know for whom to vote 😊 anyhow(z) like your creativity of playing with the river float!

Whatever you do, don’t say “You must have a very good camera”. It all depends on the type of photography but you may say:
“You really have an eye for detail”
“It would never occur to me to look at it this way/at this angle”
“I like the play of light and shadow in this one”
“You have a way with colours”
“You are able to find something interesting in the most mundane scene”
“Their personality really comes across in your shots” (in case of people shots)
“You have a distinct style, I can always tell a shot has been taken by you”
These are all very general because I don’t know what’s there to compliment specifically in the shots of the person you want to compliment. Obviously, the more specific and personal you can get, the better. I shoot mostly very small local events and gigs in a town where there’s something musical going on every night of the week. One of the best compliments I got was “It feels like a proper event when you’re there”.
