Dodgers hold on for win

The LA Dodgers hold on for an 8-7 win today to even their record at .500 again. they have won 15 of their last 20 ballgames. they continue to use the long ball in their win. Joc Petterson had two home runs to go along with a three hit game, Cody Bellinger had a home run and he also had three hits. The Dodgers used nine pitches in all to secure the win. Their pitching is very thin, they need their three starting pitchers back in the rotation, their bats are carrying the load so far, I'm just wondering just how long their bats can continue to carry them . but still they are playing really good baseball, and considering the injuries and the players on the disable list, they are playing excellent ball. The Dodgers begin a eight game Homestand on Friday when the Atlanta Braves come to town. Roll on Dodger blue.
