how we work; the construct 2

to polarize is to move toward one side (more actually away from the other side) away from center or balance. a fundamental one is between spirit and will (emotion). this is neither good or bad, but more where we are in our healing process. moving toward one side drawn by aspects/traits of that side. underneath one is moving away from undesirable aspects/traits of the other side. balance is healthy stasis but there is a reason we polarize. of course this is all unconscious until we look. bringing our light of conscious into the unlit places in ourselves.

another basic one is when we are triggered into emotional response. no mater what the emotion actually is, some will respond with an outward anger type response while others respond with a more inward fear type response. anger is seen as having power and control (not having weakness/powerlessness). fear seems safer/loving (not unsafe/unloving). both need to release judgements toward themselves and the other to find more true responses in themselves and thus balance.
