My most recent two articles about STEPN

I have already been out walking today and I had a great time. Of course, something happened that made me rush home a bit earlier, but that doesn't really matter, because I had a great time after all. But, what I wanted to say is that I always look forward to my daily STEPN walks or runs. They are like a highlight of the day, not only because I exercise, but also because it makes me feel good and because it is good for the brain. The fact that I get rewarded with GST tokens only come as a giant bonus.

But, I have also noticed that reaching between 15,000-20,000 steps per day somehow makes me yearn for sweets even more than before. I guess the burned energy wants to come back into the body in one way or another, and I am not really sure that I am happy about the fact that I fill myself with unhealthy stuff to make up for the energy burned and the calories lost. Anyone else struggling with this?

Two new STEPN articles

I have published two new STEPN articles in the last two days. I just wrote an article about why STEPN often fails at reporting distances in a correct way. What is that all about? Well, you might run a distance of 5km, but when you look at the STEPN application, it might show up as only 4km (or even less). What is causing such errors? Is there anything you can do about it?

Yesterday an article was published about a much easier topic and I simply answered the question about whether you can use a STEPN sneaker while leveling it up. The answer to that question is a simple yes!

I guess it is time to find something else to write about as well, but I already have an article coming up about STEPN in which I will discuss which is the best sneaker for you. So, I guess you should stay around if you find that topic to be interesting.
