Champions League group stage will start tomorrow!

We only have 40 hours left before the group stage for the Champions League in 2022-23 will start. And as always, there will be some great matches already on the first day. To me, the highlight will be the match between Paris St Germain and Juventus, which will be played at Stade de France in Paris. I greatly believe that PSG will win the match, not only because they have an incredibly strong squad with players such as Donnarumma, Ramos, Neymar, Mbappe, and Messi, but also because Juventus has had a quite hard time in the Italian Serie A so far this season.

After five matches, Juventus has 9 points. They received those points after two victories and three draws. Even though this might sound terrible, they are only two points behind Napoli at the top with their 11 points. Between them, we can find Atalanta, AC Milan, Udinese, and Roma, and right behind them, we have Inter Milan, also with nine points.

In other words, they are not far behind, but they haven't been way better than the others either.

After six matches in Ligue 1, PSG has 16 points, the same score as AS Marseille. But, while AS Marseille only has scored 13 goals, PSG has scored a total of 24 goals. That is quite a big difference.

But, we saw that Manchester City is behaving similarly to PSG in the UK, but still they only played 1-1 against Aston Villa in their last Premier League match. In other words, anything can happen as Juventus comes to Paris to play against PSG on September 6th in 2022.
