Sometimes my friends ask me why I smile so much, as if I never feel sad at all. I didn't know how to answer them, because that is just who I am.

But back when I'd just come to Ha Noi from Ha Tinh to study, as a freshman living away from my parents, I closed myself up, not wanting to get close to anyone. I think that since I started working in this clothing shop, I felt happy again. It is like a miniature world here; the customers come from all over the world with different personalities. Everyone is friendly, happy and have a sense of humor. And I thought to myself, if they are so lovable, why shouldn't I smile back at them?

There was a time when a guy from London said he came back to this shop because of my smile and then gave me his facebook profile. And there was a Japanese lady who said I had a smile that is similar to her girlfriend and then bought something from our shop because of that. I feel like my smile is the strongest weapon
