Food - Dry yogurt
This is a dish I once tasted in Saigon. Its name is dry yogurt. This dish has just appeared but was sold popularly in Saigon. Sour yogurt is the same as normal frozen yogurt. Another point is that it is not cold, especially suitable for the North.
When placing this yogurt in your mouth, you will feel like it is melting all over. Sour yogurt is slightly sour with the scent of fruit.
Especially it has a lot of flavor to choose from. It has 16 different flavors like custard, coconut, papaya, dragon fruit, guava, peanuts, cashew nuts, chocolate ... Prices range from 60k - 88k / box.

Did you know yogurt is originally Turkish food and called as "yoğurt" here. It's one of the healthiest food in the world, but there are more yogurt types in other countries than in Turkey.
By the way original yogurt is not sour here, I ate homemade yogurt in Da Lat before, but there's nothing more delicious than original one. Vietnamese yogurt is sour.
And I want to add something: People call it as Greek yogurt in USA, but it's Turkish yogurt actually. Greeks love stealing Turkish food, that's why. And as a Turkish, it's our sensitive part. Yogurt is ours! lol
About this post: I didn't see that kind of yogurt before so it's kinda interesting for me. I'm wondering where you found it. It really doesn't look like yogurt, it's solid you know lol
