Fontana di Trevi

Now this is a more simple photo. Just Trevi's fountain from an angle. It looks good enough for an amateur photographer, doesn't it?

But there is always place for improvement. This time I wanted to create an effect of deep. first used a blur filter on everything I wanted on the background and a sharpening effect on the background. Then, I give an special care to the falling water. A little extra sharpening, some filters to make the white brighter, it made the water fall more vibrant, almost as if the image is alive.

By the way, all my editions are made with GIMP, I dont use Photoshop or any other payed software.

Al in all, I think I achieved a good 3d effect on the photo. What do you think?
