Life - 5 Ways to Win Negative Thoughts !

Negative thoughts like poison penetrate the body and slowly destroy us from time to time. Therefore, it is extremely important to get rid of these thoughts as soon as possible.
We often have the habit of following what we think. Thus, negative thoughts lead to negative actions. These thoughts make us gradually eliminate all our opportunities. It is extremely difficult for any of us to remove these negative thoughts.
There is no reason for us to associate our lives with negative thoughts. These malicious thoughts create your character, your destiny. We understand the effects of negative thoughts and let them harm us.
1. Get to know and observe your thoughts
When negative thoughts appear, separate yourself to spend time observing these thoughts that are taking place in your mind.
Negative thoughts are basically the product of cognitive distortions, or patterns of irrational thinking, which are recognized by psychologists and psychiatrists around the world. However, you do not want to use psychotherapy or medicine - just observe your thoughts, and see how it dissipates.
2. Ask questions in advance
We often have a habit of focusing too much on our problems, for example, "I have this problem, I can solve if only think about it will have solutions." It can be said, most efforts like this become meaningless.
The question will be: "How to transform these thoughts?"
You can do the following:
(A) Create two columns on a sheet of paper. Mark the first column "My Thoughts" and the second column "Solution".
(B) When negative thoughts appear, record the time. Write any possible to convert to positive thinking in the "Solutions" column.
(C) At the end of the day / week / month, count the number of times the thought occurred and feel the time again.
3. Identify the evidence
Another way to transform your mind is to evaluate the causes behind that thought.
For example, if you always think "I never have enough money," it would be very helpful to evaluate the cause and come up with a solution (if needed).
Again, you will create two columns. In Column (A), write any reason that you "never have enough money", eg, a bank account balance, always asking for a loan, etc. In Column (B) write any objective reasons. Do the opposite, for example: rent, food, clothes, ...
What message is conveyed through this exercise? Can you honestly say 100% to yourself that you "never have enough money"? If so, what is the next action? The only way you can increase your sales or reduce your spend is to balance your budget.
4. Practice thinking
Many scientists explain that basic thinking is simpler than what people are learning about it. You can retreat in the face of negative thoughts in three simple steps: Stop. Deep breath. Focus on your thoughts. Anyone can use this simple mindfulness technique throughout the day to stay calm, focused, optimistic and happy.
5. Understand the situation and divert attention
Negative thoughts often appear transient and temporary, they do not have the power until you allow them to take place in your mind.
It is important that you recognize it as a negative thought and remind yourself to yourself: "This is a negative thought. I will watch but do not complicate it, because it will quickly disappear. "
A great way to free a negative thought is to mislead yourself. Doing something that keeps you focused, devotes your mind, then there is no room for negative thoughts to exist.
