Hello STEEMates! My name Kennita, my user name is @thequeeniskey. I am so excited to apart of this community. I am a single mother of 2 young princes that I am raising to be great and mighty kings. They are my life. I have always wanted to be a mom and I am so grateful to have them. I am a Reiki energy healer as well as a Young Living essential oil distributor. Healing the body, mind and spirit naturally is the best way to rid of all diseases.
Reiki is a therapy often described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing in which a practitioner places hands lightly on or over a patient's body to facilitate the patient's process of healing. Reiki energy healing is healing your inner spirit from anything that may be blocking your body from healing naturally.

There are many benefits of Reiki healing. I find them to be very useful to anyone that chooses this form of natural healing.

Now let's talk about essential oils.
Essential oils are the highly concentrated version of the natural oils in plants. Getting essential oils from plants is done with a process called distillation, most commonly distillation by steam or water, where many parts of the plants are being used, including the plant roots, leaves, stems, flowers, or bark.
Essential oils are also beneficial to healing naturally. There are different oils for everything you could be going through in this life. From sickness, to hormones, and just wanting to be a better you, there's an oil for that!
