Sprave's YouTubers Union (a few concerns)

So I guess most of you hardcore Steemit users don't give a good god damn what's happening on YouTube... but that cool German Jeorg Sprave (of the well known Slingshot Channel) is trying to fight Youtube's nonsense by "unionizing" us.
But Jeorg perhaps didn't realize how cancer facebook is too... I react to the facebook group about this Youtubers Union initiative, and go into a few things I think he overlooked.
