Horwath Wants "Sanctuary Province"?!

The leader of the Ontario "New Democratic Party" (which is even further left than the Liberals, if you can imagine that)-- doesn't merely want Sanctuary Cities; she wants to make the entire province a haven for illegals. And she's creeping up on Doug Ford in the polls, by the way.
