Salad with spinach, blue cheese and figs
Today I will show you something outside the box
Products:
400 g baby spinach
½ cup of blue cheese
150 g figs
vinaigrette sauce of choice
salt
pepper
Preparation:
Break the spinach. Cut cheese into cubes or chop it. Cut the half-moons and figs. Mix all products in a large salad bowl and season with salt, pepper and your favorite vinaigrette.
