Working with the subconscious

In order to get intuitive guidance and precise guidance, it is necessary to work with the subconscious before. It often happens that subliminal fears and blockages prevent intuitive guidance from reaching us or distorting them as a result of which we draw false conclusions. Intuitive guides and answers can be sought in any experience, whether negative or positive, but to be able to get and interpret correctly each leadership we must clear all stored fears and negative attitudes in our subconscious. This can be quite a tough and long process, but with stubbornness and practice, things are coming in place.
Even sometimes, when we go through negative experiences, we should not think we have taken the wrong way. This may be just a sign of some lesson we have to learn or some additional work that we have to do on our way to the goal.
It is very possible that confusion, sabotage of what has been achieved so far, fear, blockage, etc. can begin at the beginning of the process of cleansing the subconscious. It's just part of the process of transformation.

One way to work with the subconscious is to find the fears, concerns and blockings stored there, and look at them, to think about what useful information we can draw from them. What will we learn from them? Whether this will be valuable information about our character and behavior or the opportunity to look at things from another angle; new ways to act in a given situation? All this information can be extremely useful and give us a new and clearer view of things.
Another easy way to work with the subconscious is to grasp the moments of hesitation and dissuasion. These are moments when we get sudden and spontaneous ideas to take action, but suddenly our inner critic speaks and starts sabotaging us

This is a very easy and useful exercise thanks to which we can distinguish the intuitive ideas and instructions from the information coming from the subconscious.

  • Think about a few things that have been intrigued and enthusiastic about you lately. Things you really wanted to do, but then subliminal blocks "yes, but ..." are emerging.
  • Now, think about whether there is some fear, demotivation, some memory of the past, or some other subconscious problem behind these blunts and blockades. The subconscious always tries to dissuade and "shield" us from taking risks and actions, especially when we have too many subconscious fears about our survival, worries about the future, or doubts about our own abilities.
  • Think and write about all the things that worry and depress you. What is behind them? What is the reason behind these feelings? By answering these questions you will get a much clearer picture of yourself and your feelings as well as of what you have preserved to the subconscious level so far.
  • Try to have a conversation with these subliminal blocks and fears. What are they trying to tell you? What can you learn from them?
  • Describe all this in detail, then read it and think about it. Did you make any progress? Do you already have a clearer view of things?

Then you can focus on a particular topic:

  • List your "yes, but ..." in terms of work and new projects;
  • In terms of your character, social life and your relationship with others;
  • With regard to your health and spiritual growth, and any other area of your life that you want to gain in a clear understanding and understanding;
  • Try again with your intuition to find out what lesson you can learn from all this.

To deal with specific problems coming from the subconscious, you can use the following steps:

  • Understand and pinpoint the problem and what bothers you;
  • Do not analyze, criticize, not self-blame - accept things as they are without analyzing the situation;
  • Allow your experience and thoughts to be as they are;
  • Describe all facts accurately and clearly without circumventing things;
  • Then concentrate on your body and your breathing. Concentrate on what you feel;
  • Mark all the images, ideas and associations you think about at this time;
  • Ask for deeper understanding and more intuitive guidance;
  • Accept your guidance and through your new understanding, go back through the situation. Respond to it in a new way.

Another useful way through which you can enhance your intuition is to learn to distinguish clearly more subtle and subtle vibrations and sensations in the body, as well as to distinguish more clearly the sense of truth from the sense of anxiety. Do these exercises until you feel a positive change and until you realize all the subconscious fears and blockages, as well as the message they bring to you.
