Day 8 Challenge(Weight loss 8/150)
Hello , today is day8 of my challenge . I was in small ''rest'' , but I'm here again , more ready than ever .
Continue on my plan, 5 days a week fitness with 2 days rest.
I try to eat healty without junk food but it is hard so far but we will see , still I have 142 days.
I wanna share with you my dinner :
4eggs , 2chicken fillets , bread ,and a little bit spices . Тhis dinner was for 3 people
