Fed may consider another 0.25% rate hike by the end of 2017 and it will most likely be a symbolic move only.

Nevermind. I guess when I logged onto my brokerage charting platform before hours, it showed a huge (and I mean huge) spike in volume on all the Gold and Silver stuff. When the market opened, it went back to normal.
