Will Germany BAILOUT Turkey? Emerging Markets Fall as Bank Defaults Pose Huge Risk!

in #money8 years ago

Turkey has seen its currency fall this year, along with several others while the USD has remained strong.Any currency which is weak against the dollar will have local pressures because everything is priced in USD and everything must flow through US dominated financial systems. But what happens when the financial system is disrupted?

I think relations between Germany and Turkey are at such a low that Germany will not bail out Turkey, however at the same time should Turker's economy fail it will no doubt result in more immigration to Germany which given current circumstances may be in Germany's interest to avoid that at all costs. Interesting times.

Thanks for your post.
