There are thousands of cryptocurrencies exist in the market today and it is very easy for one to get lost on which one is worth investing in. Typically we look for a crypto that has a decent amount of history and a long term viable project to back it in a nutshell. When deciding on a crypto to invest in it's not wise to make your decisions based on a "throw dart" model, we need to understand its fundatmenals. With that being said I believe other than Digibyte (DGB) Bitshares (BTS) is another project worth investing in. Bitshares we started by the same founder of Steemit and with that being said it has a solid team and while it has a lot of potential but it is not a overnight get rich scheme. As they said, "good things comes to those who waits".

Different than Bitcoin’s Proof of Work, BitShares uses a assigned Proof of Stake consensus mechanism- a unique system that allows stakeholders to vote on consensus issues.
