RE: Best Food Bargain - Costco Dogs!

in #food6 years ago

I'm sorry, man. I hope it wasn't too traumatic for you to talk about it again. I know that it has been tough on you. Thanks for being brave and sharing your perspective. ;)

I don't know when the cheeseburgers are supposed to be rolling out. I just heard one of the employees at Costco talking about it the other day when I was there. I actually like the food courts that are outside the store better. I think it helps keep the walkway to the exit more clear. The one I go to has the food court on the way out and people will almost block the exit with their carts while they're getting their food.

Sort:

Well, that's the kind we have. The one we used to go to has its food court on the way out, too. Can't remember eating there. The last time I was in it was a while ago, when I was having my car serviced up the road, but I wasn't looking to buy anything and it was a little early for lunch if I remember right.

Anyway, I've never seen a Costco outdoor foodcourt. That's a good idea. I agree. People can just clog up the place waiting for their food. It's not helpful that the area isn't designed better to try to accommodate the through traffic as well as the lunch and dinner crowds.

Traumatic. :) I think I'm pretty much resolved that I won't be eating a dog there again, but there's still the greasiest slice of pizza on the face of the planet option, and if/when the double cheeseburger shows up, I might just have to try that. I'm not the one making the Costco runs, though, so I'm generally at the mercy of my wife and what she will want to bring back for me. :)

I've seen a few that have the outdoor food court. I like going to Costco. They have all the samples, and they normally have better prices than most other places.

I used to eat their pizza fairly often, but I stopped a while ago. I've had a few since then, but like you said, it's rather greasy.

Being at the mercy of one's wife shouldn't be too bad. Of all the people in the world, she's theoretically the one who loves a husband the most. I like letting my wife take care of things (if she wants to) because I know she has my best interests at heart. If she wants help, I'm also happy to do that. Being with my wife is one of my favorite things.

I just realized we're not on one of our blogs. Ha ha. Hopefully our host doesn't mind our little conversation. He doesn't get pinged for each one, and he's pretty cool, so I don't think he will.

Not at all my man not at all! lol :) Great little conversation about Costco food. haha

That is awesome, I think they keep the foodcourts here indoors because it is so incredibly hot here. It will be 115 here next week. ouch! lol
