It's been ten days since the birth of the first and foremost steemit decentralized clinic called #Air-clinic and it's been a joy to see it grow and wax strong as the days go by. Like every idea that was birth in someone's mind, The #Air-Clinic is a product of great minds who not only have made it a reality, but also have made unrelentless effort to see it succeed every single day.

A STEEMING REALITY.
You will agree with me that Steemit is not only a social media where people from different walks of life contribute their own quota by the things and experiences they share and blog about but also more importantly by adding value to lives which can also be translated to monetary rewards, thanks to the founders @ned and @dan for such a mind blowing innovation. And every other social media platforms such as Facebook, instagram and twitter etc having groups and communities were people get to communicate their all round medical needs,fears, questions and clear doubts with one who is specialty in different field ,the #Air-Clinic was birthed to do exactly same and even more for the participants of this great platform. It was birthed out of the need for people to get easy healthcare globally. The blockchain technology has become a ruling entity in our world today and it is only imperative that such an idea as the #Air-clinic be incorporated into it.

WHAT THE AIR-CLINIC TENDS TO ACHIEVE

Like every other medical facility, the #Air-Clinic is poised to achieve the following

1. Accessible and affordable health care services.
2. Providing a means of free access to certified and verified medical professionals and health care providers in their various specialities.
3. Involving the everyone which are health enthusiasts to the benefit of all.
4. Encourage increased collaboration between all the sectors of the health team.
5. Provides an easy method of payment .
6. Promote good health to the general public on the Steem blockchain

HOW THE AIR-CLINIC TENDS TO ACHIEVE

1) The Online Method: In other to meet the demands of the public, the Air-Clinic has been running on the discord server to handle the affairs of the clinic for now.

So far, the categories of people that has and is still making impact in the clinic are

1)HEALTH-WORKERS: medical doctors, dental doctors, nurses, pharmacists, medical laboratory scientists, optometrists, etc.

2)HEALTH-ENTHUSIASTS: these are people who want to learn about health on a daily basis.

3)CLIENTS: these are the people who are seeking consultation for different health problems.

4)STUDENTS: individuals in training studying health-related courses are welcome to participate, connect with each other and get mentorship from their senior colleagues.

5)SPONSORS: they are also welcome to give financial and moral support to the community.

2) The offline method: Interestingly, a great and ever steeming mind in the person of @ejemai of @stach who I consider as not only a solid backbone to the Air-Clinic initiative but also as a founding father (one of the great minds I made mention of earlier) has given us the privilege for partnership to decentralize the medical offline.We propose to build a hospital that will also have a Steemit hub.It will serve as a link between our online activities and the real world. Although in Nigeria for now, we believe other healthcare personnel in different parts of the world will follow suit and even exceed us. People can pay with steem for healthcare.(services are free of charge for now).
