Dark; Review. (Netflix did this, really?)
Thanks to Netflix Germany that brought us such a great series called Dark. If it was from Netflix us, probably it'd be more famous. When it starts everybody thinks the same, it's something like Stranger Things. (i have to admit, it's not one of my favourites) But in the end of it we're finding out, Stranger Things is kids show where little kids play their games with a monster while Dark is the real show where we're expecting for long time. Dark is a friend who you were missing a lot but couldn't know until you see it. Where you started to watch it and realize you like know this friend but completely with different sides now.
Okay, maybe it's even unfair to compare it to Stranger Things because let's make this compare with something more epic like Lost. There's a good side and bad side. Alfa and Omega. Noah and Claudia.. I think this is how we will continue to season 2 eventhough i have no idea how to wait for it.
So let's start from 33 year cycle. So in every 33 years everything lines up and the time travel becomes possible. So now time is 2019 and there's two wormholes thats between 1953-1986 and 2019. And IT'S POSSIBLE TO GO THROUGH THIS WORMHOLES.
After here it's including all of the SPOILERS and THEORIES.
Series start with Jonas's fathers Michael kill kimself and leaving a letter behind that says 'don't open this until november 4, 22:13' . In the same night of november 4, a kid is dissappering in the same time, a kid called Mikkel; Ulrich's son. Ulrichs brother dissappered 33 years ago and never found it either. So he has been trying to find his son with the nuclear factory near it and thinks there has been strange things going on around there. We don't know what happened to Mikkel until we saw him in the back of the time in 1986. And when we found out the letter, we're finding out Jonas father is Michael is actually Mikkel who traveled to past that night.
When Jonas found out this, he's finding through the gate that going past to 1986 and sees Mikkel. Because he knew it'd make him disappear if he took Mikkel past, so he's making a decision that time and coming back through the gate.
So in every 33 years while these strange events occur in Winden, A guy named called Noah and Hegel, kidnapping kids to try their kinda time machine thing in the area. So we see Hegel as a kidnapper, so Ulrich thinks if he follows Hegel through the past and kills him, he thinks he can save the kids who's been kidnapped and murdered in the time travel machine. He's trying for it, but the only thing is you really can't change the past.
So in the time we see big Jonas who's trying to find the clock guy to build a time machine for closing the wormholes and stop this. But as an epic fail, he's opening a wormhole to 2052. I know this is a chaos.
I have to add we sometimes see todays Helge who's trying to go to the past to stop Young Helge to kidnapped kids for Noah too. And because of that old Helge goes to 1986 and having a car accident with Young Helge too.
So in my opinion and many theories, Noah is Bartosz who's friend of Jonas in 2019 and usually you see him on the phone while getting ignored by everyone. In one episode who's Ulrichs grandmom says that his husband is a priest. And if we think Noah is the priest, it makes Bartosz is Ulrich's grandfather who is Tronte's father. So it makes Noah its own grandfather. We can understand why Noah doesn't want to wormholes to close because it's kinda key of the eternal life.
Apparently we will see a lot of from future in season 2 but it's soooooo difficult to wait a year for it. Come on Netflix, make us a favour!
I'm going to add it to my series list that I have to see. Thanks!
Last night I saw the first chapter, there are many unknowns in the air, but it looks very good, this exciting.
