Unsolved Mystery of Gary Grant Jr.
On January 12, 1984 ; 7 years old Gary told his mum he had an appointment at 2:30 PM but never have any other information. When the noon comes, he went out to play. That was the last time he went out to that door. When he never came back, his mum worried and checked his friends houses to see if Gary was there. His friends said that Gary left their house around 4:30.
When she failed to find her son, he began worrying more and called her husband Gary Grant Sr. who's officer at that time. He searched the area all night.
By Friday Morning, the police were searching for Gary but Gary's father was working alone. He found several people who saw Gary that day and a man realized disapparance was his near warehouse so he checked around. He discovered Gary's body near the warehouse less than a mile to his home. Police noted that he bludgeoned to death and that a length of pipe was near his body.
2 years later a message was discovered on a police car. The message said 'Gary Grant is dead. I am living. Another will die on the 1/12/86 if all goes right.' The date was second anniversary of Gary's Murder. A few weeks later another message found near a sidewalk that says Gary Grant Jr. lives. I still killed him. Son of a pig officer. Payback is a M.F ' .So that gives the thought of it might have been the revenge from Gary's father.
Years later on 2015 Gary Grant Sr. found a 911 tape asking a man if he can get reward himself and after that he says 'you'll never catch me'
Unfortunately till today the case still stayed unsolved and got cold. His father still investigates his son's murder.
