My first self made SOTO AYAM!
HOME MADE SOTO AYAM
Today I came home early from my work. And I wanted to surprise my family by already preparing dinner.
No Dutch dish. But really Indonesian SOTO SOUP!
I started baking the bumbu. then add the chicken and water to make a tasty bouillon.
After 2 hours I was able to make pulled chicken!
While the broth was cooking to taste, I did the most horrible job of cooking.
CLEANING THE BEAN SPROUTS.
ALSO EGGS AND POTATOES HAD TO BE COOKED
NO SOTO AYAM WITHOUT TEMPE.
SO I ALSO CUT AND BAKED THE TEMPE
I PUT THE "SOE-OEN" IN BOILING/HOT WATER.
AFTER ALL THE HARD WORK I CAN SERVE DINNER
I am proud of myself. My very first self made Soto Ayam!
