I am up in BC, faaar from GTA 😁 Where I live, there are only 20k people, mostly work in oil industry, living like kings and queens, with acreage of 160 acres here. But not us 😂 just most people here 😂

You are most welcome Sweetie 🌸💖🌸

Oh dear, I hate oil industry!!!..............your life is in harmony with nature and that is priceless. BC is beautiful tough, so sad the oil industry is destroying it!!!

very great harvest.. wow... picture quality is awesome... thanks for sharing!

OMG! $20-$30 a PUMPKIN? WT..?

I cannot believe those prices! WOW-EE.

I am seriously in a state of shock right now. I buy my pumpkin to eat at the market here for like I don't know, maybe $2.

What's he growing? Magic, Cinderella pumpkins? Yikes!

Well, a part from that (lol) it looks like a fun visit to the farm ;) <3

This seems to be the norm prices at local farm @heart-to-heart ! We are cheap, so we go to Walmart/Safeway for pumpkin that big at only $5 😂

We get them just for carving (Halloween), so we can't spend that much when it's not for consuming

I don't remember them ever being that expensive when I lived back home- wow! Times have certainly changed! Jeepers! Also, thanks for bringing to my attention Halloween! I would have forgotten I think ;) OX

In one of our cheap local supermarkets they were only $2.99 lol

At farmer's market and local farms (here in BC and Alberta!) Always super expensive. I am not sure why they are so expensive. I grow pumpkin too, but it's different feeling when going to a huge patch.

Always feel guilty when I don't get at least one at those farms when we visit, but yeah, so steep.

At our supermarkets, always around $5-7 (we only have Walmart, Safeway, Canadian Wholesale, No Frills) . They do get cheaper to $2.99 after Halloween 😂😂😂😂

And don't get me started at HEALTH food store, everything, fresh produce or not, is steep there😂😂😂

I think because of the oil money lol.............not really funny though :(

Could be, things are definitely was overpriced especially housing prices 😂😂😂

I tagged you in this post @lenasveganliving
