The Hive. Getting Ahead
The Hive Growing now to be Ahead later.
Almost at the 200 SP mark and we should hit it tomorrow or the day after. We are also in a better place on our rewards for other reasons, Voting on *The Hive post provides some curating rewards for the vote. There is great voting interactions in the promotion posts. They are still getting a total value reward of 0.029 in value from the community vote, plus votes from other members on top.
We have growth. I want to increase this growth and behind the scenes I am getting the votes reward to a community post a value of 1.40 This will increase our Steem by 0.5 c per post. This will raise our reward level in SP from 2.4 - 2.5 SP at our start to 3.5 SP. We can do this for a while, at least. much depends on the markets for our ability to continue with this. That is for future time's to think about and not right now. right now we will grow where we can.
In order to make this sustainable as long as possible, I am going to list a post from The Hive in the promotion channel. Until the market rises again. If anyone has an objection to this, please feel free to voice it. This does have an impact slightly as it would use up an extra 12 votes per month. That is an extra 12 votes before we reach one of your posts too.
I was thinking here of inserting a post from The Hive in where members who are auto voting are not presently active on Steemit. It would probably average out to the same over time. Just listing the post each day seemed the easiest and less complicated way.
This community post will be placed last as the third post promoted. Any member who follow on using the steemauto.com site to automate their vote, will vote to members posts first. Those on a low SP will have a choice to vote to either the members post or the community post. If you need any assistance with understanding SteemAuto, DM or tag me in the Discord Server.
If there are any topic you would like to hear an opinion on. Or something you feel The Hive community should get involved in. Bring it up in the comments or again in the Discord Server. It might not be possible for us to engage in a financial direction, we can offer other kinds of support.
Learning new things and a better understanding. We are working toward greater rewards, efforts will continue to find what we believe will grow you and the community. Ideas' are constantly forming as new things are learned. Possibilities for other promotions will open up too as we grow.

I am still tagging along pushing the little green buttons every day. I try to comment often in an effort to make friends with the hive mates. That is mostly because Discord time has been a lower priority lately.
I will pop in there soon just to make sure I didn't miss anything important.

For the behind the scenes work to raise the SP level, do you need or would small donations help? I don't have much left, (powered most of my tiny curie up), but I have built almost 2 steem up, if some of it would help, just let me know.
I think I have it figured out to some part. I have alot of number crunching to do. that is all it will take, I want to begin to try make some growth predictions, I need to look at a few things in different ways and try some stuff over a week or so to see or try see what would work best.
By the way, I still have the SBD and will use it to get Charisma another SBI share. watching the market to see a good price.
